Side and rear kitchen extension - Chiswick

In addition to extending the first floor to provide an extra bathroom, this project involved extending out at the side and rear of the building to give a generous and very comfortable kitchen-living area.

Kitchen and rear extension - Chelsea - conservation area

In addition to adding an extra bedroom and bathroom on the second floor, this project involved extending out at the rear of the building at lower ground floor level to create an open plan living room, kitchen and dining room.

New/rebuilt house - Mill Hill

The brief involved more than doubling the size of an existing house.  Although a few parts of the front wall and first floor remained, it was essentially a new house - the photos show ‘before and after’.

Attic conversion - Chiswick

As well as kitchen and first floor extensions, this project included a loft conversion. Although the footprint of the building was not very large, the conversion provided a generous double room and ensuite shower-room.

Side extension - Muswell Hill - conservation area

This project principally involved the addition of a side extension over an existing garage extension. Although originally refused planning permission, the reasons were flawed and consent was won at appeal.  The photos show before and after.
